Cheater and lier, and forced to pay for the company's mistake

The broker is cheater and lier. The customer service is awful. I have never seen a CSR hang up a phone when confronted for the mistake the office did. I think the receptionist also looks tired of him because as soon as I mentioned the problem, she don't even ask to hold for the transfer. She was simply transferring the calls without saying anything. The worst thing, the company tells the transporting driver something and customers another thing to create problem between the delivering person and the customers. What the company is looking is only ripping off the people. I will be taking my case to court to get reimbursed the money that I paid for the mistake the company did. The company gave wrong address to the delivering driver and when the driver requests for a compensation, they told him to add $100.00 more on me or to take the vehicle back. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They have another name also so that they can cheat other who are running away from this too. ABC Carriers is their another name they use. Don't get service from this two different names but one company.

the cheater and liar is the customer, he sent us to pickup a car at the auction and had not paid for the car, the driver waited several hours for him to pay and could not wait for him to pay so he left, as a result we had to pay the driver for his time and bill it to the customer, which he was fully aware of. We then proceeded to get another trucker and added the 100.00 to his cod. So who is the liar, when he said the car was paid for and the trucker went for nothing.
