WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. after 1.5 weeks of delay of my shipment, i contacted the company and spoke to krista who had been repeatedly uncourteous to me during our previous conversations. when i asked for the manager i was told he was not in, when i asked when he would be in, she told me he was in and out. then i told her i was going to call every 30 mins until i got a hold of him and she said "if you want to harass us thats fine" and hung up on me. the story with this company is quite long but in the end, i have apparently been reported to the district attorneys office for harassment (which is total bs, because i am their customer and should be able to call whenever i want, which was only twice before the SUPERVISOR screamed at me and told me i was reported). he also insulted me racially by yelling "this is america, choy, this is america" and screaming at me to act like a lady. this company is entirely unprofessional. they cancelled my contract without my permission and charged me 250 for a cancellation fee. i intend to sue them for all their worth for racial comments and hope to put them out of business. if i am unsuccessful, avoid them at all cost.
