Damaged Car and No One to Pay for It!

I hired Autos on The Go, coincidentally located at the same address as Dynasty Auto Transport, on March 24th of 2010 to deliver my car from Premier Motor Cars of Sioux Falls South Dakota, and it was delivered on the following day.

The car had arrived with noticeable damage to the passenger side rear door jam and molding. This damage was not present when the car was sold. It was completely free of any accident or defect prior to delivery. Ebay listing terms warrant this.

The delivery driver and I both signed off on the damage being present. It was not notated by the driver during his "walk around" inspection of the car prior to delivery, therefore it was obviously something that occurred during transport.

Mirel Molnar, owner of Autos on the GO, had spoken with me the same night, and following week about this and told me that either the driver or himself will cover the repair, dependent on who's insurance company is going to take the blame for it.

Mirel visited my job to complete an inspection of the car, roughly 2 weeks after the delivery, and to take photographs of it.

After this, multiple attempts to contact Mirel of Autos on the Go went ignored.

A month later, on 4-22 Mirel requested original photos from the dealer of the car, which I promptly delivered via email that same day.

To this day, I have not received a single call back from Mirel, the only form of contact initiated by him was 1 text message stating that he would call me back on 5-18-10, which has not happened either.

To this day Mirel, owner of autos on the go, continues to ignore all phone calls and other forms of contact.
