This company was contracted to transport my car to California. It took them 27 days to do it, which was 14 days later than promised, and it arrived with the radio stolen and the windshield cracked!!!! Then they told me that they did not want to reimburse me for the radio unless I signed a waiver stating that they would not have to reimburse me for the windshield. They said that it was impossible for the windshield to get damaged in transit!
