After much research and after I read reviews on here, I contacted Autolog to questions the negative reviews. I found that many of the negative reviews were from customers who actually made arrangements with a third party (ie broker) and the promises that were made to them were not made by Autolog. The misinformation was from the brokers who just wanted to make commission and then write the customer off as Autolog's problem.

I shipped with Autolog and the experience was great. The car was 2 days beyond the estimated time of delivery, but the time was estimated. The car was dirty....that is to be expected. The few things I left in the car were jostled around, but that is also to be expected since I don't believe trucks are made to give cargo a smooth ride.
