This is the 5th and final time I am using these people. Erica was their one saving grace, and she finally has had enough and is gone. It seems like the either don't care or don't know how to get their people to do their jobs. To their credit, I have never had a damaged car with their transport, which is important too, but not-on-time delivery and poor communication is their style. They have been weeks late before. This time the driver lost the paperwork (TITLE) to the car I was having delivered, and Sam blamed the seller for not providing it. I don't believe him. The dispatcher, Sam, said he had fired the driver after my run. I hope I can get it resolved, with a major hassle but I am done with these guys. There has to be someone who can do a better job for this kind of $.
