I helped my friend and co-worker, 80 yr. old, Mr. Lopez, with arrangements to get his car from Lancaster, CA to Oak Lawn, IL. With no relatives in southern CA, he and his wife decided to move back to his home state to be closer to extended family and primarily to help look after his 85 yr. old sister. This move so late in his life was a difficult decision and could have been more complicated had it not been for Auto Zipper's Brian Cronin . Finding the right auto carrier at a fair price was easy once we discovered Auto Zipper during an extensive on-line search. Reading all the positive reviews from Auto Zipper's happy customers made the choice easy, especially in comparison to customer reviews of other auto carriers. We were pleased to find that those great reviews were right on target! From beginning to end, Brian Cronin at Auto Zipper was friendly, professional and focused on customer service.

Lancaster is an hour north of LA and very much out of the way for most auto transporters. So Brian had to find a driver coming out of the Chicago area on his way to LA, who was willing to meet us at a convenient location somewhere along the driver's return route. That meant we needed at least an hour and a half lead time to get to that location with Mr. Lopez's car. Brian also had to work around Mr. Lopez's "going away luncheon" with our company's senior volunteers, which happened to be on the same day as the auto pick up.

Naturally, we had lots of questions, and Brian was always available to answer every one of them in a timely manner. Communication was EXCELLENT throughout the planning, pick-up and delivery of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly! The driver was fantastic! He told us the vehicle would be delivered on Saturday and it was! It arrived safely just 4 days from pick-up in perfect condition! Mr. Lopez could not have been more pleased. Auto Zipper gets both thumbs way up! Highly recommend!
