Judging from the negative comments I have read with people using other companies, this is not a easy business. The deliveries that go smoothly leave everyone happy. The outstanding companies, of which I consider AutoZipper to be one, are the ones that work hard to smooth out the bumps in the road when they occur.
AutoZipper contracted a carrier in Chicago and the car was picked up in Milwaukee within the promised time period. The car left Chicago on time and everything was fine until the Truck broke down in the middle of death valley, California. Anxious time!!! The truck finally arrived in San Bernadino, CA 3 days late, and screwed up the plans of the sub-contractor of the contractor who was to deliver the car locally. Car was finally delivered on September 16 in PERFECT CONDITION. The local contractor called me on September 14 and wanted to know when I wanted my Dodge Viper delivered. What a suprise- I was waiting for a Toyota!! Turns out the $70,000 new Viper as well as a big Hummer were on the same load as mine and had to be delivered to Los Angeles port on their way to Austrailia. My car arrived so clean I am convinced that it must have travelled on an enclosed carrier- in very good company, I might add- even though I paid for open carrier.

MY POINT--- I had some anxious moments, but AutoZipper kept me informed (as you can see) and this is what separates the 5 star companies from the trash, and there is plenty of trash out there. Thank goodness for Transport Reviews!!!
