I had a transport company originally picked out that was never able to produce the necessary results. I contacted them and asked about increasing my rate to better my chances of delivery- several days went by (originally booked 12-21-2010) with no futher outcome. I was contacted by
AutoStar Transport, Jose Ortiz Luna, to be exact, and he was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I was very concerned about shipping a vehicle, with never having done this before, but I am very glad I used AutoStar Transport and Jose Ortiz Luna was great! He had my vehicle scheduled for a carrier within 24hrs of his call. My carrier was fast and curtious- they arrived a full day ahead of schedule- talk about convenience. Jose really went above and beyond what was required. AutoStar Transport has an asset, but I'm sure they know this already. I would not hesitate to use AutoStar Transport again in the future. Fast, Courtous, Convenient, Friendly, Knowledgable... Great Job! Thank You for all your work! Keep up the great work- word of mouth is huge for a business and I will tell everyone I know about the great things that AutoStar Transport is doing.
