This was my first time shipping a vehicle coast-to-coast. Usually, our cars are driven to their new destinations but time was of the essence and winter weather was approaching. At first, I was leery about using an online broker. The quote process was very fast...Autostar was the only company that followed up their online quote with a phone call. The compay also provided FAQs about the process as well as a link to this website to review comments and ratings from past customers.
Once I notified Transport that I was ready to proceed with the shipping of my vehicle, the process went quickly. It took several days for them to find a carrier and of course I was beginning to worry. Phone calls to them were answered prompty with the latest status. When the car was finally picked up by the carrier, Autostar's customer support team called me regularly with updates on the tentative delivery of the vehicle.
All and all, my car arrived safely to California and if the need arises again, I will definitely use Autostar again.
