Tania was extremely helpful but not pushy at all. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and prompt in all of my dealings with her. I was unsure of whether I would be shipping from San Francisco or Long Beach until two days before but Autostar handled this last minute decision seamlessly. I searched many other companies but Autostar came across as competent. Although I found a cheaper price elsewhere, Autostar matched the price. With the feeling of assurance and the lowest price matched, I had no difficulty choosing who to ship with. Thanks to Autostar and Tania in particular for making the transport so easy.
