Prompt response to request for quote, which was received by email. Helpful and friendly when I called in response to the quote to set up the contract. Haley Turnbow was the contact person.

Quoted price was very competitive. Requested pickup date (date of first availability) was four days after I called to set things up. Contract specifies only that pickup will occur within 10 days of first pickup date.

Notification received by email day before date of first availability that contract had been dispatched and that I could expect to hear from driver who takes the pickup 6 to 24 hours ahead of actual pickup.


On date of first availability, driver actually calls about 3 hours before he wanted to stop by and pick up vehicle, and his pickup time was only 1 hour after the time I gave the transport company as the time that the vehicle would be available that day. Talk about FAST service. This was GREAT.

Driver arrives when he said he would (7 p.m.), and he is thoroughly professional with high quality transport equipment. Car is loaded without incident, and he drives it straight to my house, about 90 miles away. This was not a long-distance transport by any means, but it was long enough that I needed a service like this.

Vehicle is dropped off without incident, and process is complete. From the time of my first contact with Autostar Transport until the time my car was in my garage at home, about 4.5 days had elapsed. Can't ask for better than that!
