I would not use this company again. Please try Agape Transport. My gut feeling was to go with Agape, until I spoke with a fast talking salesman. He promised the world, but the delivery was unacceptable. The company called on a Sunday evening and said to expect the driver to phone you at 8:00 am and a drop off time of 9:00 am. I had made preparation for the delivery, but waited and waited. No call. I finally called customer service. They got in touch with the driver and recommended that I go to the pick up point. Good thing that I did not!! He called and arrived five hours later!!

Lots of diesel on the car, but I think this should be expected. It did wash off.

First, I want to apologize on behalf of AutoStar to Mr. Langston for the delay on the delivery of his vehicle. There are a many variables the drivers can find on the road (weather, traffic, mechanical malfunctions, delays on pickups/deliveries of other customer's cars etc) that could throw their schedules off and are impossible to predict. Furthermore, the very first stipulation in the terms and conditions of the contract that he signed clearly indicates that there is no guarantee of pickup and delivery dates. No one here ever guaranteed Mr. Langston of any such thing. Nobody from this office 'promised the world' nor called him on a Sunday evening and said to expect the driver to phone you at 8:00 am and a drop off time of 9:00 am. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. No one is in the office during weekends. Mr. Langston was never misled or lied to by AutoStar or any of its agents. We thoroughly explained how this industry works both verbally and in the contract Mr. Langston signed (Also, these reviews are intended to rate our work as brokers, not to advertise for a different broker). It is strange that Mr. Langston would wholeheartedly endorse another company that he did not use, a company whose location is near where the vehicle was delivered. As brokers, we ALL have access to the same network of carriers, so simply using another broker more than likely would have resulted in the same carrier being assigned, and the same mechanical issues causing a slight delay in the original estimate of the carrier for delivery. I sincerely don't quite understand why Mr. Langston would rate us in such a spiteful manner. We are an honest, customer oriented company and we work hard to keep it that way. We do our best to accommodate the needs of each and every person, and it is unfortunate that Mr. Langston feels the need to malign AutoStar's name for a delay on the part of this driver. As I said before, we strive to please all of our clients, but unfortunately, that is not always possible. We do, however, have an outstanding record of success. We wish Mr. Langston the best.
