Booking with the company was very easy. I was moving from Hawaii to virginia. I dropped it off at the Hawaii Vehicle Processing Center and from there it went to LA. From LA it was trucked in a open semi with other vehicles on it. the company kept me up to date when the vehicle arrived in LA. The trucker called me the day before he was going to bring my vehicle to me. THe next day he called me a hour before he would be here. I met him at the mall parking lot down the street from me. Since the neighborhood I live in it is not capable of allowing a semi to drive down it. My car was dirty. But I expected that and did not mind. I have shipped my car a few times being military. The delivery was a few days early which made me happy. The truck driver that dropped my car off was friendly also. I have referred this company to a friend of mine that is getting ready to ship there car! I would use again.
