I was very pleased with the service and cost of shipping my car to Florida and then to PR from MD. The customer service phone line was excellent and answered my endless questions ( I am not very skilled with technology). I continued to get quotes from other companies coming into my email, but the price I was quoted was very competitive and hard to beat. I was very nervous about the paperwork for PR and going to a port alone to pick up a car. But it was easier than I anticipated and every time I got stuck or had a question, the customer support line was there to help me.
