Starting from Dimitri’s (AutoStar executive) courteousness to Mukhran’s promptness (Semi Driver/Operator), everyone knew what they were doing and were good at it. The process of booking, Bill of Lading, communication with the team was pleasant, on time and smooth experience overall. I did not have to follow up. They even delivered my car 1-day before committed date.
