Overall experience was okay. I had some scheduling issues and they did not line up with the timeline I gave the company. It was picked up two days earlier than they said it would be leaving me with no car which then got it to CO 4 days earlier than I was arriving. I had to have a friend go get it from the driver which ended up working out but it was very frustrating. Overall the driver that I worked with was great! he communicated well and did everything he could to help considering the circumstances. I appreciate him taking the time to draw out the drop off process as long as possible and being willing to work with my friend to ensure it was safely delivered. Car was delivered in pristine condition and looked as good as new. Overall, my experience was fine just frustrating and stressful and left me without a car for a few days that I actually needed it.

I worked really hard to get you a carrier as soon as possible because you did express that the pick up date was more important than the delivery. We cannot tell a driver the exact pickup and delivery dates. It’s usually based on their availability.
