Manny was very helpful, and the consummate professional throughout the entire process. He offered me a quote, then (after I had accepted it) found a way to save me more money. Manny had fantastic communication skills, and kept me informed of all details. We ran into a few issues on pick up dates, and Manny adjusted with ease, and soldered on as if it was old hat. Because of him I highly recommend using Auto-star, and I will not hesitate to do so myself if the situation arises again. Manny demonstrated to me that customer service and professionalism still does exist in the American work force. Keep up the GREAT!!! work.
