This was a very scary proposition for me. I was moving and could not drive my 2013 VW Beetle. I called Ben at Autostar and he assured me that the move would go smoothly. I flew out of Austin on Tuesday morning, the car was picked up Tuesday afternoon, and arrived safely in Surprise, Arizona pn Friday. There was not a scratch on it.
