The worst car shipping logistics company I've ever dealt with

Three days and counting beyond the latest day we agreed on picking up my car from Dallas, TX to West Palm Beach, FL areas.
I told them I was leaving Dallas on Wed. The last day I can deliver the car is Tuesday. I called Monday and was told it will be picked up the next day. Called back next day and was told Due to icy roads, the truck is stuck in Houston on his way to Dallas and will be 1 day late. I left my car with a friend and flew to West Palm Beach. The car is still in Dallas and no communication or follow up from these people. The money I saved vs other shippers is equal to my daily car rental. STAY AWAY!!

OK, normally we would like to thank our customers for their feedback that would help us to improve our services, but for some people there is no hope in pleasing, and no way to take anything positive from their review. Customer was informed by the carrier the entire time that there were delays due to icy conditions on the highways. HOW DOES THE CUSTOMER EXPECT CARRIERS TO IGNORE ICY CONDITONS?? Does the customer really think the carrier should risk his life driving in icy conditions just because he wants his car picked up?? The car has been picked up and will be delivered with only a minimal amount of delay. We were able to locate and dispatch to a carrier well within the contracted dates, and well within the normal pickup times. Sorry, we can't control the weather.
