I spoke to over 25 agents and each one told me a scary story about other agents. I was waiting for my license tag to come in. When I was ready, I chose Auto star. I called him on Friday and on Monday, he called and told me that he had a pickup for my car at 4 pm. I was at work and I declined it. Some other company called me and told me that for $500 that Mario Quoted me, that my car will never get picked up and he went on and on and on.
To my surprise, Mario called me again on Tuesday the next week and told me that he had a driver to pick my car up for $475. I set up the pick-up day on Thursday at 3pm. To my surprise again the driver called me and we arranged for him to come earlier. He came in at 11am and picked my car up. The driver was so nice. He delivered the car, the next day, to my daughter(in college) on Friday before Noon. During pick-up and on route, Mario kept in touch with me. Mario and Autostar made a believer out of me. There may be some untrustworthy companies in this business but AUTOSTAR and MARIO MONTALVO are the best in my book.
