Transport of Two BMW's

I contracted Autostar Transport and Logistics ("ATL") to move (2) BMW's from Miami to Chicago. Though the contracted carrier experienced schedule delays due to mechanical issues with their equipment, the broker, "ATL" was extremely responsive to my concerns and was diligent in tracking the rig driver and in providing updates for me on the route. The carrier was not particularly communicative and it took numerous calls to finally get a call back from the driver, though ATL always called back with updates and answers to questions.

In the end, both cars arrived in the condition in which they were loaded in Miami. Delivery was 3 days later than originally advised. The driver was extremely courteous and reviewed the pre-trip vehicle inspection findings with me. Had he been more communicative during the delivery period, I would have had little concern; however, when you go hours without response to customer calls for status, the process becomes a little daunting.

The service from the broker for this move ("ATL"} was extremely good. When researching brokers, there are a myriad of horror tales about brokers who "abandon" the customer once they receive their booking fees. This was certainly NOT the case with ATL. I felt that they hung with me and provided intelligent and courteous service until both of my cars were offloaded. I even received a follow up call after the delivery to find if I were satisfied. I would use ATL again and recommend them to others.
