The expierence!

The experience was fine, until I asked to see a certificate of insurance for the car carrier and found out that the insurance expired 2 days after the car was being picked up. (So that would mean that there was a possibility of the carrier truck being impounded for lack of insurance). I wasn't willing to take that risk so I was ready to go elsewhere. However, after speaking with the car carrier himself and with Ciara Baker, they both convinced me that the insurance problem was due to the fact that they switched insurance companies.

Once we ironed out that problem, everything else went without problems and the vehicle arrived timely. I have to say that if it wasn't for Ciara, I would have taken my business elsewhere. No one else seemed willing or able to fix the problem.
