They picked up my vehicle within 3 days of my first pickup date and delivered within 2 days of my first available drop off date. The driver was great and arrived on time at each end. I felt bad because I was not there when he picked up my vehicle, because I already left the state, but I had a co-worker relase it. I understand the whole process and why AutoStar does not get the information from the driver until the last minute, but for someone like me that planned out my move and scheduled everything, it is difficult, not blaming anyone but this process you really do not have much advance notice. Price was higher than expected and what I received from the competition, but the research I did I felt the most comfortable with AutoStar. Would use them again.
