For me, price was a huge factor. I tried using a couple other companies that assured me they could deliver fast response times at a much lower price but they only wasted my time. I had a shipping deadline that was rapidly approaching. Though AutoStar's price was $175 higher than the lowest quotes I received, I got an immediate response and quick conformation of my vehicle pickup status. That said, they were at least $175 LOWER than many of the other quotes I was getting. If price and time weren't factors, I may not have chosen them. After all, there are hundreds of companies in the vehicle transport brokerage business. But at the end of the day, I am happy I used these guys. My motorcycle was transported on time without damage. Plus the operators sounded super sexy with their foreign accents. Nothing like talking bikes with a woman with a hot Irish accent. ; )
