I have never used a vehicle transport company before and was concerned because of negative comments I had heard and read about. When I went out for quotes, ten in all, I was disappointed with the type of quotes I was getting via e-mail because most of them did not come across as being very professional and I was near making the decision to just fly to California and rent a truck and transport my vehicle myself. Then I got a quote from Autotransporters on line and immediately was impressed with not only their price but the way it was presented. I received a missed call from a lady by the name of Meagen and when I got back to my office there was a follow up e-mail from her. I gave her a call and the rest is history. The company processed my order in a very friendly and professional manner with no problems of any kind. If I ever need another vehicle moved I will be calling Auottransporters on line. I highly recommend this company.
