CONFUSION FROM THE START. THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER. WHEN YOU ARE CONTACTED FROM PEOPLE RESPONDING TO THE BIDDING PROCESS, THEY PROBABLY WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTING YOUR VEHICLE BUT THEY PUT YOUR INFORMATION ON A BOARD FOR OTHERS TO SEE AND GET COMPENSATED TO PROCESS THE MOVEMENT PAPERWORK ETC...

IN DEALING WITH THIS AUTO TRANSPORT SOLUTION COMPANY THEY SAY I WAS CONTACTED IN REGARD TO WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE PICKED UP, I DID NOT GET THAT INFORMATION FROM THE CONVERSATIONS I HAD WITH THE COMPANY BUT THEY INSIST THEY PROVIDED IT.

THE HAULER OPERATOR PROVIDED HIS LICENSE AND REGISTRATION TO ME AND LOADED THE VEHICLE AND TOLD ME THAT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER HE GAVE ME, I COULD CONTACT HIM AT ANY TIME. I CALLED THE SUBJECT TO BE SENT TO VOICEMAIL, NO RETURN CALLS.

THE SUBJECT ON THE OTHER SIDE, RECEIVING THE VEHICLE, WAS TO BE CONTACTED AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT THE CONTRACT SPECIFIES ONE DAY IN ADVANCE AND A COUPLE OF HOURS PRIOR TO THE DROP OFF. THE SUBJECT CALLED THE RECEIVING PARTY ONLY WHEN HE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE DROP OFF DESTINATION. THE RECEIVING PARTY WAS VERY STRESSED AS HE/SHE HAD TO HURRY HOME FROM OBLIGATIONS.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS PAID IN ADVANCE BY ME. THE HAULER OPERATOR THEN CHARGED THE RECEIVING PARTY SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLAR, TO A CREDIT CARD.

I HAD TO MAKE MANY CALLS TO ADDRESS THE ON GOING PROBLEMS AND REALLY, I FELT THAT NOBODY CARED.

WORD TO THE WISE, YOU CAN NOT BE CAREFUL ENOUGH WITH THIS PROCESS. I DID MY HOMEWORK AND YOU MUST PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE CLAIMS MADE TO YOU AND WHAT THE DETAILED CONTRACTS SAY. I WOULD IN THE FUTURE HAVE A COPY OF SAID CONTRACT SENT TO ME SO I COULD READ IT FIRST. I AM NOT SURE THAT THERE IS ANYTHING ONE CAN DO AS THE CONTRACTS ARE WHAT THEY ARE BUT PROBABLY NOT WHAT YOU WERE INFORMED OR ASSUME THEY WOULD BE.

IN REGARD TO THE CONTRACT VIOLATION OF NOT MAKING THE CALLS AS SPECIFIED TO THE PARTY RECEIVING THE CAR PARTY, I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY AND TOLD THEY WOULD TELL HIM NOT TO DO THAT.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND THEY MADE GOOD MONEY!
