Terrible, damaged my car and won't return calls dont use !

Told me they were picking up car at noon in Florida, never heard from them, kept calling , no return calls. Finally showed up at 10 pm and we were leaving the next day. Car was transported to Boston, always called them. Once in a while we could reach them. Car was returned three days late. Every day had to rearrange my schedule and they still didn't show up.

Worst thing, huge dent on trunk of my car. When we picked it up as we were inspecting the back the driver called us over and started going on and on in Spanish ( we don't speak Spanish). We think he was trying to divert us from seeing the damage. We got home 10 minutes later and called transport company (agent who referred us to Carla)to report damage. Placed claim and now the insurance company can't do anything because Carla won't call them back and it is her insurance company! We aren't backing down til the car is fixed. Had an auto body expert look at the car. He said there was also damage to the front of the vehicle and the big dent was from a chain dropping on it from the towing truck.

Will update if this gets resolved.

Hello, Let me just start by saying that we deliver your vehicle during the day, you personally inspected the car with the driver. He made you walk around the car and you signed the inspection , you signed where it said received in good condition, and also you paid the driver in cash. Furthermore, you did not reported any damage to us until 3 weeks later; it was when you decided to call us to tell us that there was a dent in your trunk. Unfortunately any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We can make exception and maybe take the time for a damage reported within 72 hours, but 3 weeks later, COME ON!!!! Anyway, I have spoke with you at least 3 times , and Pedro 3 times as well, that is 6 times total. We explain our policy and unfortunately there is not much I can do for you. I am sorry, but that damage could have happen for all I know anywhere but in transport. That is why you have to report damage immediately.
