My experience with auto transport connections

My experience with this company was the best I have had so far in 7 years of business. I own a nationwide repossession firm and we do a lot of remarketing for our clients and also are a full service used car dealer. So picture 600 repossessions a month...75 percent going to auction by way of auction-hired transporters...so, you could say I have seen just about everything on the transportation end. I also know what these guys face in this current market and profitability is becoming a farce.

Price? That rate is for 2 cars...just to give you a comparison there were carriers asking for that for EACH vehicle.
Sherrys prices were the most competitive by far from the second I posted my shipment.

I don't know what it was about the first message I got from sherry but I had another shipment posted in a different state and I knew from the minute we first corresponded that I wanted to hire her to select my carriers. She made me feel like my cargo would be in good hands.
The last experience I has with a carrier they destroyed my car allowing it to fall between the tracks on the trailer and when I attempted to call in the claim after days of research I was informed that the carrier didn't have any insurance.
My point is...I was very nervous about something happening again. Within 10 min of my bid and within 5 minutes after receiving Sherrys kind words and credentials...I knew I finally had a service I could trust.

The 2 vans were picked up so fast i was totally caught off guard. Sherry dealt with my office support staff (keep in mind we have never done business together before) and early afternoon my yard supervisor had informed me the vehicles were there.

Still in disbelief I asked my general manager what was going on and he replied "oh yeah...the vans are here...they called here today..." then he said..." and they were really nice..."

The driver was courteous to my staff and the vans are at their new home. Sherry will be my first and hopefully only contact going forward for all of my transporting needs.

Thanks sherry...I am glad to finally be treated as good as I treat my clients and customers. Myself and my staff thank you and look forward to doing business with you in the future...

If you guys have a chance to use these services you will be lucky if you are able to hire this company for your needs. I am not by any means guaranteeing that nothing will ever go wrong. This is a challenging business and while my experience was wonderful...I know service like this is not possible 100% of the time with all the variables in this industry. But what I can guarantee you is that you will receive awesome customer service and your cargo will be safe and you and your business will be treated just like I was. And at the end of the day that is and always will be the most important service we all can provide to our clients.

Oh My Gosh, where do I even begin with this review that must have taken you an hour to write! I cant thank you enough for your kindness and honestly. You are absolutely correct about working in this industry and sometimes you just never know how things will turn out. I definitely look forward to helping you in the near future with transporting more of your vehicles.
