When I was looking for a carrier to transport a car from point A to point B in Florida, I didn't exactly know where to begin. I needed to coordinate the pickup and delivery from New York which involved liasing with a carrier, a valet parking service, and the managers of a gated community. From the beginning, ATC demonstrated an ability to be flexible and the capacity to accomodate my job's unique requirements down to the last detail. During the quote process I received several "cookie cutter" quotes from terse operators at other carriers. When I spoke to Elsie at ATC, she made it clear that the pricing was going to be contingent on the specifics of my pickup, and was forthcoming with helpful suggestions on how to expedite the job and keep it cost effective. Because other parties were crucially involved on both the pickup and delivery end, it was a complicated process to get the car ready for pickup and released to the carrier in addition to delivering the vehicle to a secure community where management needed to coordinate access for the carrier. Throughout this often frustrating process Elsie was patient and professional; she and her carrier did not abandon the job when there were issues obtaining a release of the vehicle from the pickup site, and they continued to demonstrate a resourcefulness and willingness to get the job done regardless of any complications or obstacles that arose during the process.

I am very impressed by ATC's handling of my business and would be more than happy to refer them to other consumers in addition to using them again.
