I'd use them again

I needed to transport a repossessed truck from Taos, New Mexico to Hawthorne, Nevada. After getting many quotes varying from $925 to over $1800, I talked with several representatives in the mid-line range. I chose Auto Transport Connection because Andrew really wanted to help me get the truck on its way as soon as possible. He contacted one trucker who wanted the pickup and promised to do it in a few days, but that didn't happen and the trucker would not return the calls. Andrew continued to call and place the pickup on the boards to try to get other truckers to commit to the pickup. Because so many truckers were being diverted to Katrina aid, it was hard to find anyone. He then got a contract with Triple T Trucking to pick the truck up on Friday evening September 16, 2005. On Saturday I called the impound yard to find out what my final bill there would be and was told the pickup had not been made. I called Cassie of Triple T Trucking to see why and she said that the driver was afraid of the road and wouldn't drive it. He had called Andrew at 10 pm and left a message, but didn't call the impound yard who could have told him the truth about the road and also would have delivered my truck to him in Santa Fe. What is so upsetting about that trucker is that Cassie told me he had a vehicle to leave in Fernley, Nevada which is only an hour and a half from me. I have since found out that transports take vehicles up that road all the time to the Dodge dealer in Taos. My anger is with the truckers, not Auto Transport Connection. The truck is now with the Dodge dealer in Taos. Andrew did everything he could to help me and was always pleasant and insisted over my objections on making adjustments to the deposit. If you are looking for someone who will do everything they can to move your vehicle and be totally honest, I know that this company will do that. I would use them again if I ever needed help.
