As a military member, I was moving from the East Coast to the West Coast and needed to transport a 1999 Saturn SL from Miami, FL to Monterey, CA. I made several calls while searching for a quote; the ever-courteous Ms. Elsie Konzelman of Auto Transport Connection (ATC) was the only one who treated me as a customer and not as someone who was bothering her. Elsie was professional and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions without ever rushing me, immediately putting my mind at ease. I was originally quoted $975 but was reduced to $950 as Elsie was the only broker who offered a military discount – a big plus!! Elsie explained the pick-up and delivery process clearly, and promised on obtaining a transporter that met my required dates within seven days. To my great surprise, Elsie called back in three days! Unfortunately, my pick-up date needed to be changed because of personal reasons. Elsie was extremely understanding and was more than willing to work through my self-imposed glitch. The transport she obtained (AAA Transport) was clean, professional, and timely. During the actual transportation of my vehicle, both Elsie and the transporter kept in touch with me regularly to provide progress updates and to inquire if we needed anything further. At the delivery point, the transporter coordinated with me regarding a place to meet. Elsie called again to confirm the delivery. I thank Elsie for her outstanding performance and cooperation which made this entire experience completely worry-free. I will only use ATC and Elsie for any future vehicle transportation need, and I will defiantly refer ATC to my other military co-workers!!
