This company straight up lies. It's fraudulent and criminal. I had already signed a contract with a different company. Then the salesman from this company calls me and tells me that they are direct shippers and that they have their own truck that will pick up my car. He tells me my car will never be moved on their trailer and it will be covered with a car cover. She convinces me to cancel my contract with the other company and go with his company even though his company is $300 more. He also told me that his extension is 502 and I could reach him anytime I had a question. As soon as I sign the contract with them I could not reach him anymore. He would even pick up the phone and answer and when you heard it was me he would hang up. They have their girls trained to give you the same line over and over again. They put my car out for bid just like any other company would . He lied about them being a direct transporter and having their own trucks. I kept calling to see if my car was going to be picked up on time I kept getting the same message from their service department. they will say we have reached out to a driver and we're just waiting for him to confirm the contract. They do business the same way everybody else does by putting your car out for bid. But other companies don't straight lie about it. When they say they are family owned and operated they mean that kind of greasy haired New York family that speaks with an accent. I have actually contacted the attorney general and filed a complaint. Don't do business with these people. In fact I have found out now call The shipping company directly and make a contract with them and save yourself the $350 fee they give you. I have never really met anybody as dishonest as the salesperson. I have a recording of him saying they have their own trucks that would pick up my car and that my car would have a car cover. Just blatant lying. I don't know how one human being can do that to another human being. Avoid them at all cost
