I Had a wonderful experience with Auto 123. I originally contacted them after having a bad experience with another Carrier, Kay was extremely helpful she listened to my concerns and explained the process thoroughly. She explained what i could expect from them, gave me reasonable timelines and made herself available to any questions i would have after our call. The promises made to me were kept, i received confirmation of my transport 2 das later and Kay followed up with a call to make sure everything was ok. Albert , our driver, was great with communication as well. He called 24 hrs before pick up/delivery and gave us an approximate time for pickup drop off. He kept in touch during transit and delivered our cars 5 days after pick up. Would definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone .
