I moved from Colorado to Texas and the driver was great. I worked with Nicole and called her about 3 times. The first time we spoke after delivery I was on hold 30 min and upon calling back learned she was at lunch. This was very frustrating that she completely forgot about me and went to lunch. She had expressed how busy she was, which I understand. But I found this rather unprofessional to say the least.

But I've decided to use them again because they were great with my truck.
