It is and was the best experience I've ever had with a customer service person. I thought Paccar(Kenworth, Peterbuilt) had excellent customer service. I believe At132 Auto Transport rates above them. As for Irene, I don't know how much you pay her, but it' not enough. She is a great asset to your company, because she is very knowledgeable and very good at putting you at ease. This was the first vehicle I had shipped. I Was very nervous about having my truck shipped. It wasn't a one of a kind $1,000,000 collected car, but it was mine. She treated me and my truck as it was. She explained all sequence of events that would take place. It started with the initial phone call and ended with my truck being delivered in my drive way.

Would I use you again? YES.

PS. She could teach what it takes to be a great customer service person. SHE'S THAT GOOD. NO GREAT.
