Joanna took the time to explain the process. She knew my quote was farmed out to other brokers and she was patient while I worked to make my decision. She gave me guidance on what to look out for and I never felt like she was trying to tell me anything to get my business. She understood I had a tight deadline and worked hard to ensure I was able to get my car out on time. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone.
