Good Compnay but needs to refine cutomer interactions

Not bad overall but they need to practice professional customer care and how to handle complaints
Primary contact was nice at first but quickly became confrontational when I complained about delays. She referred me to Tiara who was quick tempered and inconsistent during the conversation.
Finally I got a call from Janine the supervisor.
She saved the day and diligently got me a driver instantly and gave me a discount. She was determined to resolve the problem and find me a driver.

Overall the company gave me a run around about cancellation fee and did not respond properly- but in their defense I can state this was during Thanksgiving week with all its normal chaos, so I can understand their difficulty but will not forgive they way they handled me until Janine came to the rescue. In hind sight, this being my first experience shipping a car, my own lack of knowledge contributed to the conflict with them. Also, I hope they will stop making customer sign the contract BEFORE the car is assigned to a driver. This gives customer more confidence and eliminates conflicts if there were delays. And I hope they will address customer care protocol and enhance it

(PS: the dirt on the car is not their fault. Just from the trip, but I reported it as per choices given in this form)
