Thank goodness for good customer service

Initially I was told my vehicle would be picked up between certain days , only to be told by a different customer service rep that those days were to arrange pick up. This was after numerous phone calls. I was incredibly frustrated and was prepared to cancel the contract because I was moving cross country and needed my vehicle. On the phone call to cancel my contract, I was put in touch with an incredibly nice and friendly customer service rep (I can't remember her name) who paired up with Janine. They got my vehicle picked up the following day and it was to me within 5 to 6 days of pick up. If it hadn't been for them I would have utilized another company. So incredibly grateful they were friendly and got my vehicle to me.
