ON TIME DELIVERY TRANSPORT ARRANGED BY SELLER BUT PAID BY ME. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS CONFUSION AS TO PAYMENT. MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT DRIVER WOULD BE PAID BY 123 BUT WAS INFORMED ON DELIVERY THAT IT WAS COD AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR FEES. ADDITIONALLY PAYMENT WAS EITHER CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS IN ADVANCE.
