Great job overall, a pretty good first time experience

Leo did a great job and I recommend him for his ability to reach out in person to get to know the needs of the customer and he has a "can do" approach to the business. A driver was assigned in fairly short order and vehicle was delivered well within the window of my time frame. The only negative is that Auto 123 say they take AMEX as the deposit but once you send in that information they come back and say they needed a different contract, and that AMEX is a pain, etc....no problem, just use another credit card, but Auto 123 should have their ducks in a row as to what version of the contract they should use with AMEX, or just simply not take AMEX if they don't like it...just don't create negative customer experience (on an otherwise excellent execution) on the paperwork end of things, especially if it is something under their control. That said, Leo's outstanding customer service keeps this at 5 Stars, in spite of the that hiccup, which I hope they can address in the future. I would certainly recommend them...they get the job done!
