At first my experience with auto-transport started out rough. The man Bryan I had worked with charged my card for the deposit when we had specifically agreed on waiting until I had spoken with my parents. I was upset- however after going through him for the initial set up my main point of contact was Chel- who was AWESOMEE!! Chel is really sweet and willing to go above and beyond to help you. I found that others in the company were the same, willing to help!

My card was picked up late but shipped on time. No scratches, bumps or bruises on arrival. It took a total of 10 days to arrive (Traveling from florida to Oregon).

All in all I would recommend this company. However, if you're not a fan of the first person you speak with, hang up and try calling again.
