I researched online and read many articles of people that had bad experiences using companies in this industry. I have to admit I was nervous but hopeful that everything would go as planned. I would have to say this was one of the most positive experiences I've had with a business. Auto Transport 1-2-3 was honest they kept their word and I believe they went above and beyond for me.
I scheduled my appointment on a Friday afternoon prior to a holiday weekend. My vehicle was picked up on on the following Wednesday evening and was delivered across the country by early Saturday morning. My son's in the active duty military. Having his own vehicle and giving him freedom to explore his new area that he lived in was very important to him and myself. The price quoted was consistent with other quotes that we had. Bill was upfront and explained the whole process and Casey followed through with the setup. The Transport company that picked up the truck was kind, total gentleman and straightforward. On the receiving end my son said the truck Transport company were very professional very cordial and he said great guys to deal with.
I have no hesitation to recommend Auto Transport 123 to anybody that I know. Thanks again to Bill and Casey we appreciate your efforts.
