After reading countless of horror stories of shipping one's car across the continent, I picked these guys. At first when I booked, I gave very strict time window (Fri-Sat) for the pick-up, about 48 hours. The broker seemed to be fine with that. This was about 3 weeks before that time window. After one week I contacted the broker to ask what's going on, I haven't heard a thing from you. She promised to send updates, those updates came after about a week. I was kinda nervous, because I coudn't be absolutely sure that this was being taken care of.
Then came the pick-up time window, I hadn't heard anything until Saturday morning, that trucker is going to come and pick up the car. Only after that, I could really be confident that this was going to be ok.
We loaded the car on to a smaller trailer on Saturday afternoon and 9 days later I picked it up in Charlotte. No damage, no extra miles on the clock, just dirty.
All in all, very frightening experience to do the first time, especially for a foreigner, but things ended up going just as planned.
