First the price quoted and the final price was 100.00 higher. Joe also lied - I specifically told me they own all their own trucks and their own drivers.
I did rec a call from customer service - Janine - she did refund me the 100.00
If I do business with this company again - I would use Janine. She has integrity, does care and did a nice job.
The out sourced shippers did a fine job.
