Being that I was a first time car shipper I had many questions and concerns. When things went south and my transport didn't arrive on time I called and spoke with Lindsey. She explained why, made sure to immediately contact the seller, driver, and me to get everything resolved. A HUGE help!! I would've lost my mind if not for the amazing customer service she provided.
