Casey was really helpful and never failed to keep me informed throughout the entire process. The price I paid was on the higher end of most of the quotes I received, but I was more than willing to pay for the value delivered through the customer service. For example, there was miscommunication about the contractual price between the truck company and the brokerage, and Casey went out of his way to communicate the contract details. In the end, I paid what we had originally discussed and I'd be happy to use this service next time.

I would also like to recommend Jonathan Smith as well, as he had spent considerable amount of time letting me know the ins and outs of the auto delivery industry. This is crucial especially since the variability in price and date of pickup/delivery cannot be explained from a customer's perspective due to the lack of transparency and third-party vendors.
