I had spoken to a representative about the date my car was available. Im not sure if they had told the drivers when the available date was but I had numerous calls early in the morning and a few days too soon prior to pick up date. At first I was a little irritated because the gentleman that was suppose to pick up my truck was a little rude. Im not sure if it was just the tone in his voice or what not but, He had called me 4 times different days too early for my pick up asking if he can pick it up then. I had told him that he still had 4 days until my date was available. They told me he'd give me notice on when the driver was going to be heading to my pick up site. He called me 20 minutes before he showed up. At that time I was no longer agitated and annoyed because he was such a sweet man. He did not speak much but everything he had said to me was very nice. He even told me I should fill my car up with more of my belongings before he takes it. His whole persona was approachable and im glad he wasn't as rude as he sounded over the phone.
Overall, I would use this company again. It didn't take them too long to ship my car and given it was the middle of December and the weather has sucked this year, I think that they had made it to my destination in a decent amount of time. I even got it before Christmas.So I was very thankful for that. Thank you guys. I appreciate your help!
