From start to finish; the service that Transport 123 provided was above and beyond my expectations. Aaron was fantastic in assuring me that my vechicle and the process would be smooth. As this was my first experience buying and shipping a vehicle from out of state and was doing alot of research with other transport companies. The customer service and reassurance
that my car would arrive safely and on time was my top priority. I had constant communication between the transport company and the driver as to the location, and ETA of shipping. The driver called me the night before to go over any questions or concerns, and told me he would be in my area the next day sometime in the early afternoon. Well it turned out he was earlier then expected and he called me once again to let me know he was a half hour away. I met him at the designated meeting point and my car was just as I expected it to be- perfect. As I stated being a first time user of a transport comapny I was extremely happy with the service,price,transport time, communication, driver's knowledge. professionalism and handling of my car.
I would highly recommend Transport 123, and Aaron as your point of contact and rep without hesitation or reserve for any of your transportation needs. Ten Thumbs up all the way!!!
