I was really nervous shipping for the first time, my grandkids were warning me that there are a lot of companies out there just after my money. Well, auto shipping today wasn't. They gave me as much information as I asked for, and the customer service person was so patient and knowledgeable. I don't always hear so well, and he repeated everything as many times as I needed. My car got shipped a few days after I placed the order, on the day I wanted it! It arrived at my grand-son's house in perfect condition.
